Lego iPhone Photo App

Make your photos lego-ized.
You can either take photos directly with your camera or from your gallery. The app says that its better to use photos that are shot at a close range with a solid light colored background. You can change the colors of the legos used in the photo by touching the screen after the photo has been lego-ized. P.S. the app is free!

I tested this out for myself. It’s super easy to use.

Crayon Physics Deluxe

———————————————————————————————————————————
New iPhone game: Crayon Physics Deluxe
This game is alot like Trace (free). It’s not made by the same creators, but the look and how you interact (by finger) is virtually the same, just a different game. Trace is a really fun game that you should definitely check out.

Meanwhile, Crayon Physics Deluxe is an update to Crayon Physics and created by Petri Purho. The game is based on physics puzzles in a crayon world. You have to create motion to get one object to the next by building a series of contraptions/pulleys using your finger. The game was The Grand Award winner for 2D Physics PC puzzle game in “INDEPENDENT GAMES FESTIVAL” and will be released in January. The cost is a mere $4.99 at the App Store, which isn’t so bad considering there are over 70 levels.

Crayon Physics Deluxe is a 2D physics puzzle game, in which you get to experience what it would be like if your drawings would be magically transformed into real physical objects. Solve puzzles with your artistic vision and creative use of physics.

Agile Lie Detector for the iPhone

———————————————————————————————————————————
Agile Lie Detector for the iPhone
For $8 the Agile Lie Detector uses voice stress analysis, a 3D spectrograph and special lie meter to detect if the speaker of truth/non-truth is lying to you. The results are in real-time, so you can hold it up to someone speaking, hold it up to your computer speakers (test out politician’s speeches on youTube) and see where they start faltering.

Handy Dandy iPhone app that lets bypass the bull to connect to AT&T’s free wifi

———————————————————————————————————————————
C|NET posted about a Handy Dandy iPhone app that lets bypass the bull
to connect to AT&T’s free wifi

Just last week while at Starbucks writing thank-yous, I would occasionally hear Roo grumbling and cursing under his breath every time he needed the internet on his iPhone. AT&T has this annoying process where you have to go to safari and put in your phone number and connect. Doesn’t sound hard, but anyone with an iPhone knows that as soon as you close the browser, or set the phone down for a bit, everything connected quits. Also if you want to use other programs like Twitter, Facebook, etc, you can’t use the free wifi cause you weren’t in Safari.

Enter Easy Wi-Fi and start the glorious music. All you have to do is enter your AT&T number into the app’s settings, then when you’re in range of an AT&T hotspot (and the app will verify that you are), you simply hit the “Log In” button, and you’re on your way. Better hurry and get it now, Easy Wi-Fi for AT&T is a free download until Friday, Dec 5th. Link to iTunes : Easy WiFi

They have a mix of user reviews and official AppVee reviews. They rate each application depending on the type of application, so it’s a really in-depth review. They also have the reviews organized by type of application so if you’re looking for a particular type of App, it will be pretty easy to sort through. Each official AppVee review comes with a video and a few screenshots of the App.

Testing wordpress app for iphone

———————————————————————————————————————————
Testing 1-2-3
The first most frustrating thing is writing out my dashed divider bar. This theme didn’t separate posts to my liking, so I’ve just been using bolder dashes. Without cut & paste, I just found out exactly how many dashes are in the bar, but I think I miscounted. I guess I’m going to have create a banner or something. And I guess I won’t be embedding links or videos without that handy dandy missing cut & paste.

It’s also odd to type code having to go through so many menus to get the right character. Not to mention the auto correction feature can mess things up too if you’re not careful. There isn’t a tool bar on here to cheat the bolding, or quoting.

My last complaint, the photos. You cannot control where they go in the post. They are automatically placed at the bottom of the post at who knows what size. (please excuse the photo of my cat, I needed a test subject)

I guess I’ll be using this as an “incase-of-an-emergency” posting, when I just can’t wait to tell the Internet the coolest thing I just found.
Dang it, I can’t figure out how to publish.
