Andrew Bird & St Vincent
Wow. What a great combination. Brilliant!

This evening there was one of these moments when the situation escapes to us, where the artists take the wheel, and give more than what we would have dared to ask. We had tried to push St Vincent and Andrew Bird to play a piece together, they had spoken vaguely about a resumption of Dylan. Then Annie arrived and Andrew, which was supposed to leave, remained. He sat down with the other end of the piano, his violin with the hand, and improvised on each composition of Annie. We were not any more organizing a concert within an exceptional framework, we assisted, jellyfishes, with pure creation, a duel enchanter.


A few weeks later, Andrew Bird announced that St Vincent would ensure its first parts the United States. In Paris, some lucky devils knew where they had met…
