I was looking at this post on Apartment Therapy and realized I’ve seen this graphic before..
I love collecting design & advertising books from the 60′s & 70′s and this image was always one of my favorites. The poster is designed by Italian-born illustrator, Rene Gruau. He became popular in Paris & New York illustrating for fashion houses, women’s magazines, nightclubs and ballet companies. The New York Times has a good article on him. I wish I could fill my place up with his posters!
