The Panderers have a new EP
Last year I purchased “Songs that Bang,” a self released album by The Panderers and loved it. They are a band that when you listen to them, it seems like you may have heard them before somewhere. The songs all have a tune that would get stuck in your head for days.

Scott Wynn, the singer/songwriter for the band, grew up with deep east Kentucky and brings his deep southern sound to all his songs (also influencing the video below). With Dave Wilder (Macy Gray/Liz Phair) on percussion and bass, Andrew Livingston (Mike Doughty’s Band) on bass, and Pete McNeal (former Cake drummer) on drums.

The new EP, “Hotshot’s Boy (EP) - Snack Bar - 2008″ can be PURCHASED HERE for $7.
“This EP, produced by Pete McNeal and Dave Wilder and released by Snack Bar, a record label created by Mike Doughty (former frontman of Soul Coughing), has received critical acclaim for its stark, back-to-basics-yet-eclectic roots rock nature. This EP sold wildly on our first national tour this Spring and it put The Panderers on the map by having us named XM Radio’s Radar Report Featured Artist, KCRW’s Top Tune, Ourstage.com’s Top Ten song and video. You can buy the EP in CD format from this site, or you may download it from I-Tunes, Amazon.com or most any online digital music retailer. Your reviews of the EP are important to us, so please leave them at the various sites that you purchase the EP from.”
