iPhone 3G reviews

C|NET has a summary of the reviews based on 3 lucky reviewers.
These were some of the remarks:

Battery life : The 3G network drains the battery pretty fast, a little faster than the old iPhone. It normally ran out of juice in one day.
GPS: The antenna is a bit small, so some areas there is limited turn-by-turn navigation.
Other complaints : The lack of voice dialing and multimedia messaging service (MMS). The cost of operating the iPhone has risen. The combination voice-and-data plans are running at least $10 more a month than the original plans and text messaging might make it even more expensive.
Most iPhone users I know find it easier to email (thanks to gmail’s conversational email) than text message anyhow.

The good things: improved the audio quality, faster downloading. The new applications store is the biggest feature that everyone seems really excited about, and it’s great that the old iPhones can use them too.(The idea of all of that being open source is genius and allows so many new ideas to come about) The idea of the iPhone being not only a phone, mp3 player and mini computer, but a hand-held gaming console as well, is pretty cool.

**EDIT: Mashable just posted a website called billshrink that will help you choose and estimate the best plan for iPhone usage**
