Where did you find this? I first watched the Decline of Western Civilization back in 1994 and I felt like the coolest kid on the block. It's never been released (to my knowledge) on DVD, but if it ever does.... It is the only, the DEFINITIVE documentary on punk rock music. Excuse me, I'm off to listen to the Circle Jerks.
