It's a nearly wordless book, but written in French. Pascal is only 27 years old, but his drawing are reminiscent of the jazz era. The book is printed on pulpy, grainy brown paper that visually recalls brown paper bags, as if it were printed on the paper that wraps old 78rpm jazz records.
